1. Product Size: Only compatible with standard PC case, not compatible with slim PC case. Low-profile bracket is not provided. 

2. After reviewing the product details,Please check the port size of the computer chassis baffle to avoid poor installation and excessively small PCI-E expansion cards.

3. Some PCI-E 4.0 motherboard compatibility issues have not been resolved yet. Please do not purchase this item for your PCI-E 4.0 motherboard. 

4. All ports of this USB card share 5Gbps bandwidth. This card cannot improve the speed of USB 2.0 devices, and cannot achieve the speed of USB 3.1/3.2 (Gen2) 10Gbps.

5. Every port of the PCI-E card supports 5W (5V/1A) max, no external power cord is required. 

6. USB C ports of this USB PCI-E card do not support fast charging.

7. Through the built-in 19 PIN header on this card, you can use the 20 PIN adapter cable (not included in this product) to add 2 more USB 3.0 ports to the front panel of the PC. However, the speed of these two ports may not be as fast as other USB ports of this card.

8. Please make sure the computer power has been disconnected before installation.

9. If you want to enter the BIOS, the keyboard and mouse connected through this card may not work. It is recommended to connect the keyboard and mouse to the native USB ports of the motherboard before entering the BIOS.
