Notes:

1. The BIOS of DELL and Lenovo motherboards will shield the third-party adapter card,  please don’t order this SATA controller card if you use these two brands.

2. It's a non-raid SATA card, hardware raid is not supported.

3. This SATA PCI-E card requires driver installation, otherwise the computer will not recognize all SATA ports.

4. Please restart to get all drives recognised.

5. PCI-E 4.0 motherboard users should not purchase this product because some PCI-E 4.0 motherboard chips currently have poor compatibility with SATA PCI-E cards.

6. Brand new hard disks need to be Initialized and formated before PC host can recognize it.

7. PCIE Boot:

A. Some motherboards are too old to support PCI-E boot, check your BIOS before use.

B. Need to change the SATA mode from “IDE mode” to “AHCI mode” in BIOS to avoid situations such as blue screen and inability to access the system.

C. Need to reinstall OS through the sata card.

8. Before reinstalling the system, it is necessary to change the SATA mode from “IDE mode” to “AHCI mode” in the BIOS, otherwise blue screen, inability to enter the OS, crashes, and other situations may occur. Incorrect operation steps may also cause malfunctions.
